Harald Lotz has more than 25 years of experience in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America in sales- and general management in hardware, software, telecommunications and embedded technologies. Mr. Lotz served in senior executive positions including Vice-President of International Sales at Motorola/Metrowerks, IBM, Wang Laboratories, ACT Networks as well as President and CEO of MicroTempus Software Inc. He was recently honored by the University of Paris 1- Pantheon La Sorbonne, with an Honoris Causa Postgraduate Degree (DESS) in International and European Business Management
Mr. Lotz speaks English, German, French and Portuguese.

Mrs. Pereira received a Law Degree from McKenzie University in Sao Paulo and holds a Diploma in Postgraduate Studies in the field of the Economic Mechanisms of the European Union from the law faculty of the University of Coimbra, Portugal. She also pursued equivalence studies at the Law School of Mc.Gill University, Montreal, Canada.
Mrs. Pereira worked for Noronha Advogados, Febraban- Brazilian Banking Federation, Citi Bank and IntraConsult Inc.in Montreal and Austin, Texas.
She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
